Terms of service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms apply when you use this site or buy from Score & Rise ("we", "us").
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. Sales tax is added where required.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to US addresses only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our suppliers' warehouses overseas by standard tracked shipping, with no express option. Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If an order won't arrive within the estimated window, we'll tell you and offer to cancel it for a full refund. See our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't refund a change of mind. Orders that are lost in transit or arrive damaged, defective or not as described get a full refund or a free replacement (your choice) when you contact us within 14 days of delivery, or within 14 days after the expected delivery date if your order never arrived. The digital cookbook is non-refundable once downloaded unless the file won't download or open and we can't fix it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Product use
Bread lames use very sharp blades. Keep them away from children and keep the blade covered or retracted when not in use. Rattan baskets aren't for oven use. Glass jars can break if dropped or exposed to sudden temperature changes.
Images
Product photos show the actual items we ship, cleaned up for a consistent background. Natural materials like rattan and linen vary slightly in color and texture, small parts like blade covers may vary in color, and anything shown only for scale (such as starter in a jar) is not included unless it is listed under "In the box".
Digital products
When you buy the Sourdough, Simply PDF cookbook you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own household use. Please don't share, resell or post the file. Download links are shown on your thank-you page after checkout; they are private to your order and expire after 72 hours. Digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except as described in our refund policy. Recipes are provided for home cooking; follow the food-safety notes in the book.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Score & Rise is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
