Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States. We can't ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes for some items. If your address can't be served, we'll refund you in full.

Cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our tools ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses overseas by standard tracked shipping, and most orders arrive in 7–14 business days from the day you order. Some take a little longer. We don't offer express or expedited shipping. The First Loaf Kit always ships as one package. If you order several different items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time we've told you, we'll email you with a new estimate and the choice to cancel for a full, prompt refund. If we can't ship within 30 days and haven't heard from you, we'll cancel and refund automatically.

Lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days after the expected delivery date, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us at hello@scoreandrise.com with your order number. We'll refund you in full or send a free replacement, your choice. See our refund policy.
