Refund Policy

The short version

We don't accept returns or exchanges. But if something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, and you never need to ship anything back.

Lost, damaged, defective or not as described

If a kit or tool is lost in transit, arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what we described, you can choose a full refund or a free replacement. Contact us at hello@scoreandrise.com with your order number and a photo (if it arrived) within 14 days of delivery. If it never arrived, contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date. You won't need to send anything back.

Change of mind

We can't offer refunds if you simply change your mind, so please check sizes and details before you order. Questions before buying? We're happy to help.

Digital cookbook (PDF)

The Sourdough, Simply PDF downloads instantly from your thank-you page after checkout (the link works for 72 hours). Because it's a digital file, it's non-refundable once downloaded. The one exception: if the file won't download or open and we can't fix it for you, we'll refund you in full. In a kit bundle, the cookbook price is $6.99; if the kit portion qualifies for a refund, we refund $41.01 (the bundle price minus the cookbook).

Cancellations

You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
