Why it helps

Everything you need to mix, shape, proof and score a first sourdough loaf, exactly as pictured. The whole set ships together in one package. Want a steel bench scraper or a linen bread bag too? They are sold separately below. Choose the bundle to add our 44-page Sourdough, Simply PDF cookbook: $48 for both, instead of $56 at regular prices.

Shipping & refunds

Ships from our supplier by standard tracked shipping (no express option). Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days, and you’ll get tracking by email when it ships. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, defective or not as described, you’ll get a full refund or a free replacement, and nothing needs to be sent back.
