What we collect

When you order, we receive your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Your shipping details are shared with our fulfillment partners and carriers solely to deliver your order.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site today. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it's still there when you come back. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page for security and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@scoreandrise.com. California, Virginia, Colorado and other state residents may have additional rights, which we honor for all customers.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, then delete them.
